Hummingbird babies are out of the nest. Male hummingbirds are heading south. You will see more action at your feeders now.
If you have not had a feeder up, this is a good time to start. If there are new babies in the neighborhood they may find your new feeder. Migrating birds may find your feeder. They will all likely stop to look for it in the same spot next year.
